Service was fine but I had to call Angel Express Shuttle two times to get an email confirmation. Also, we were charged 2 times each for all 3 shuttle services! I was told by (name withheld) that the credits were posted "the night before" but that was two weeks ago and no credit has been issued. Now, Angel Express Shuttle webpage has been removed and their toll free phone number has been disconnected. What a scam!

Title: Shuttle Was A No Show, They Charged Me $70 Anyway

I booked this shuttle for 8:30am. Shuttle was a no show and Angel Express Shuttle did not answer when I tried to call 10 times to see where they were. I took a taxi after waiting for 15 minutes. Driver called me at 9:00am asking where I was and told me it was my fault that I didn't see her outside the hotel. They charged me the full $70 fare, even though both the hotel bellman and I could not find the shuttle outside the hotel. I contacted Angel Express Shuttle and they did not remove the charge from my card, so I had to dispute it.
