Title: Van Broke Down

Type of Charter: Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
The van broke down and the waiting passengers were left to figure out that there was no van coming for them. When asked why no one was notified that the next van would be 2.5 hours later, we were told it wasn't their responsibility to notify everyone. We all made reservations that asked for our cell phone numbers so they had them and could have let everyone know that the van wasn't coming. Bad Attitude on the part of the company!
