Title: Golden Cab Refused My Valid Visa Credit Card

Type of Charter: Oakland International Airport (OAK)
On 14 October 2010 at the Oakland Airport, I asked the Golden Cab driver if he would accept a Visa card for the fare, and he said yes. Upon delivery at my destination with a $15 fare on the meter, he refused to take my credit card saying that there was a $25 minimum for Visa. This is false and deceptive.
