I've used GoSedan many times over the years with ok service. Tonight was very different. 30 minutes after my flight touched down I received a call telling me that they would be another 20 minutes. Over an hour past my touchdown time the car arrived. No discount, nothing comped, no apology. This is a competitive market. I will NEVER use GoSedan again. I recommend others reading this look elsewhere too.
