Title: The Most Horrible Experience Ever

Please if you care even remotely for customer service and for not being ripped off DO NOT use this company! I would never use this company again. (by the way you could find it under the name of Hecker transportation, it's the same company) I am sorry I have to write a negative review but the company really deserves it! They double charged me in the amount of $720 dollars. We payed the driver in cash and I asked the company not to charge my card, but they did anyway. Months later, and numerous of calls they don't seem to take care of the issue. Very frustrating. And you could never ever reach accounting department. They are a ghost or non existing. Finally, 8 months later, I got a phone call from the company denying the double charges. The person on the phone, was insanely rude to me and threatened to sue me for 50K for writing a negative review on Yelp! Then, he hung up the phone on me! I am shocked and blown away! Please don't make the same mistake! Don't use this company! SB Sedans, Serenity Limousine, Hecker Transportation LLC or whoever you are (it seems like you have multiple names), SHAME on you!
