Blue Van Joint Venture is the company that holds the contract with LAX Airport which operates the Super Shuttle vans. Blue Van will pay LAX Airport $1.3 million for the right to provide airport shuttle service from the Los Angeles Airport.
  • 6/23/2010 The Bob Hope Airport in Burbank, California contracted with Super Shuttle to provide free airport shuttle service to and from the BUR Airport from the downtown Metrolink Burbank train station.

  • Title: Stranded Elderly Women at Long Beach Airport

    Type of Charter: Long Beach Airport (LGB)

    The worst experience! My mom is an elderly women and depends on rides to and from the airport. This is the second time that my elderly mom was left stranded by Supershuttle at Long Beach Airport with 6 other passengers. They never called or offer to arrange other transportation to get my mother home. Finally at 11pm a sympathetic female taxi driver decided to help drive my mother home. DONT USE SUPER SHUTTLE for a loved one!

Dispute Review

  • Title: They Called 28 Minutes Before Pickup and Cancelled

    Date of Service: 7/29/2011

    Type of Charter: Sacramento International Airport (SMF)

    Had confirmed reservations 3 days prior to pickup. Received email confirmations from supershuttle and even renegotiated pick up times. Received phone call confirmation night before to say they would be there and confirmed time. At 4:30 AM they called to say they did not have a van and would not pick us up. This was 28 minutes prior to scheduled pick up and no offer was made to call cab or anything else. We had to drive our own car 50 miles each way and pay for parking so we wouldn't miss our flight. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND SUPERSHUTTLE!
