  • Title: Strung Me Along But Never Sent A Cab

    Type of Charter: One-Way

    After taking the wrong bus, I decided the easiest way to get to my destination was to order a taxi. I was wrong. United Taxi told me a cab would arrive in 10-15 minutes. 20 minutes later I called again, only to be told that they hadn't yet sent a cab, but the wait would be 10-15 minutes. Needless to say, I didn't believe them, and cancelled the cab.
