I'm active duty military and reserved a limo for my wedding 4 months in advance (no military discount). I had to cancel 10 days later. They refused to return my $360 deposit. To me, thats basically theft. Additionally, they wouldn't simply let me rent a limo for the deposit amount (to avoid completely wasting nearly $400). They said I had to rent for a minimum of 6 hours (would have cost another $360). Individuals answering the phone don't seem to know whats going on and they won't answer emails. Very unprofessional and completely unethical. There are MANY limo services in Destin FL to choose from. Stay far far away from 654LIMO.
