Title: Bad Experience With Acclaim Luxury Transportation

I search on limos.com for a limo for my service and receive a call from Rick or whatever his name is we discused the service I need it and at limos.com they price my service at $370 for an SUV for 4 hours including tips and fees. I mention that to him and then he asked me to go directly to their website www.acclaimtransport.com to do the reservation and there will be no problem. I asked how much it will be if I do it for 5 hours and he told me that if I do the reservation right away I will get 5 hours for $400 flat rate with all tips and fees. At first I tell him the time of the service will be from 3pm-8pm but I was going to confirm than. He never send me a contract or receipt but I saw the charge on my credit card. When I called them 24 hours to confirm that everything was ok he ask me if my service was for Davenport? I tell him no. My service is for DeLand, FL. and he had it book for 4 hours 2:30-6:30 then I tell him that my service was reserved for 5 hours and started to scream that he did not tell me 5 hours. If that was the case I should do the reservation on limos.com I give him all the details about the service and then he started to try to get more money from me than what was originally agreed. Well to make it short, he canceled my service 1 day prior to my reservation. I would not recommend this company to no one. I also still have the e-mail where they send me the first estimate of my service.
