There was supposed to be a driver waiting for our family in the baggage claim area but there was no representative of the company when we arrived. I called them and the driver showed up about 10 minutes after we collected our luggage. He did not apologize for his tardiness. The vehicle seemed old and worn and there were ashes all over the floor between the two seats in the front. It was a van and it was quite noisy. The driver did not seem interested in communicating with us and was difficult to understand.
