I hired CBC Transportation Corp to take us from the Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral and then to pick us up in Port Canaveral after our cruise. The driver picking us up at the Orlando Airport was on time but on the return trip our driver never showed up! I had to hire a taxi costing me another $100 on top of what I paid in advance for CBC Transportation Corp. We tried to call the driver to see where they were. They said they were there waiting for us, but since our boat was docked early and we got off the ship an hour early we were waiting in the designated area well in advance and the driver never came. We waited for a half an hour and even with hiring a fast taxi driver we barely made our flight. When I asked for a refund they said they couldn't do that. I can't believe I had to pay in advance for a service I didn't receive. I do not recommend this company at all. If I did this trip again I would just hire a taxi...there were plenty available and even a few dollars cheaper!

Response from CBC Transportation Corp on 1/20/2011CBC Transportation has been providing outstanding customer service since 1997 and strives for full customer satisfaction. I am writing this website in order to dispute this review as I find it inaccurate. According to our dispatcher this customer had a reservation for 9 AM and when it was 8 AM they called, we told them that their reservation was scheduled for 9 and they didn't want to wait (I am sending a copy of their original reservation for that particular trip) picking up a different transportation company on the return. In regards to the refund we can't refund a fare when a driver is already on the way to Port Canaveral (an 1 hour trip) and the trip gets canceled because the customer decides to leave earlier than scheduled.

Made reservation online without any problems. Driver was waiting at baggage claim to retrieve my bags. Car was parked nearby with the requested booster seat for my daughter. It was clean and well maintained. Driver was very friendly and helpful. On return trip, driver arrived at the hotel 10 minutes early and provided the same great service on my return trip to the Orlando airport.
