  I've called this company three times. My first problem is with customer service. They are the most rudest people I've ever had the experience of hearing in my entire life. So I call this place to make sure of the time/cost of this bus I want to take from Orlando to Miami, the lady whose name is "marisa" was very rude and sarcastic, she screamed to us and told us that if we wanted information everything was online. Any question we would ask her, she told us to look online. So even if we asked her if it was available (like to make sure the bus was not full) she would tell us it was online. So if I were not close to a computer or I did not have access to a computer I would most likely be screwed. I mean isn't that their job? Aren't they suppose to give you the information you need to keep a customer? So I decide to calm down and just go online to make the reservation but when I do, I did not see an address, so I decided to call again and it was her again who answered the phone. So I asked her nicely what was the address because I did not see the address online and she said I could get it online. So then I told her that I couldn't see it and she said she couldn't stay on the phone while I tried looking for it, mind you she didn't even give me 3 seconds. I had to tell my wife to take the phone because the lady was upsetting me. My wife told her that she would like to speak to her manager, she said "the manager would be there at 3pm". She also asked her for her name and she said "Is that important?" and literally hung up the phone on her. So the way I got her name was that I made someone else call and ask for her name, it was her again. The same day I was about to get on this bus after making the reservation and finally finding the address, I walk up to the station and they tell me that the bus was full and that my name was not on the list, so I had to pay an extra $30 after my wife already bought the fare and it was charged to her credit card. So I call my wife and tell her that they canceled my flight. My wife calls this place and tells him the situation and he responds very rudely and even calls her a liar. He was so rude. So he finally decided to call the bus station where I was and realized that my wife was telling the truth. We paid extra, in the end he was still rude and was speaking to her as if she were mentally ILL. He told her that they would refund the money. So at least some good came out of it.
