Title: No Show At Airport

My name was not on the manifest at the check in booth, and 2 phone calls were unanswered. Left message but never received return call. When finally got through to someone, was told driver had just been hired 3-4 hours before that day. Not planning to call them again.

Title: They Left Us Stranded

Despite an email reservation from a Michael Hines of this company, they no-showed at the Jacksonville Airport. I called them only to get a recording. They didn't return my message. I sent them an email - no response. I would never use this company!
