Title: Do Not Use Them

It's a long story but basically they were not on time picking up at hotel and on the return we were never notified that another company was going to pick us up and that other company was an hour late. The person that answers the phone is rude and unprofessional and has a strong foreign accent and is hard to understand.

Title: 123 Transportation

Driver was 45 minutes late to pick us up from hotel. Said they could not find the hotel! The van was a rickety old van, which did not feel safe. We confirmed several times on the drive to the port that our return pick up time had to be on time in order to meet our flight. Sue was running the office for this so called transportation company out of the front seat of the van. Surprise, surprise, they did not show up at the port on time and we had to pay another company to bring us to the airport. Driver called us 45 mminutes after our scheduled pick up to say that they would be there in a half an hour. We had been calling them for an hour to find out where they were, and no one answers the phone. Terrible service, terrible vehicle, never on time . Do not take a chance with this company.

Title: Canceled Right Away

So I didn't do my homework and review this company before making the reservation. Bad decision. When I called, they sounded as if they were in a living room full of screaming/whining children. It was so loud in the background and whenever they put me on hold (which was often) they didn't actually put me on hold, so I could still hear everything in the background! It was very hard to understand the person on the phone as well. The reservation process wasn't hard, but it seemed a little nerve wrecking that I didn't even get a confirmation email or anything in writing. Additionally, they charged my credit card roughly two weeks before my set date of service. I was still a little iffy so I decided to look at some reviews. After reading just one review on this site, I decided I was not going to go through with this. At least they let me cancel with a full refund (since it was before 3 business days prior to my reservation date), however I won't be seeing that money for two weeks, which is going to be after my trip! There goes $370 I could use on the trip. Overall I just had a bad vibe from the beginning and they didn't seem very professional on the phone. I should have gone with my gut and booked a different transportation service from the get-go.

Title: Horrible Service

Hired private car for round trip service from MCO Airport to Cape Canaveral. Driver arrived 30 minutes late, not in uniform driving a rickety old 12 passenger van. On return trip they were late again, we were picked up by another transportation company whose driver was also not in uniform. No luxury sedans like website advertises. I complained to them and they made no effort to make things right. I complained to the BBB who subsequently investigated, but the cowards never responded to their inquiries. Do yourself a favor and do NOT use 123 Friendly Transportation
