Title: Avoid Keys Shuttle at All Expense

The website for Keys Shuttle states that it "provides daily door to door shuttle service from the Florida Keys to Miami and Ft. Lauderdale airports. Leaving six times a day, seven days a week - In new, clean, comfortable, full size vans carrying a maximum of twelve passengers" The vehicle that arrived to take us back to Miami International Airport was an old, dented, standard "school-issued" van that was anything but New and Comfortable. When we complained the DRIVER LEFT WITHOUT US. We had to then rent a car to get back to Miami. Turns out the driver was the owner of the service and was rude, arrogant and boorish,
