Title: Horrible Service

when I booked the reservation for my family to travel with Latin Express, I clearly stated (in the call and confirmation e-mails) that they had a flight to Brazil at 10PM (which was noted in the observation box of the reservation "the flight is at 10PM - SEJ. VUELO A LAS 10 PM"). However, they were picked up in orlando at 3PM and only arrived in Miami at 11PM. How could the customer assume that a trip that usually takes 4 hours and 30 minutes would last for 8 hours without any unforeseen circumstances? If I knew by any chance that the service I was hiring wouldn't be delivered I would have chosen another provider. The company never told me my family wouldn't be there before 10PM, it certainly wasn't mentioned in the various calls and emails I sent to confirm the service. My father will miss his chemotherapy session tomorrow because of their service misconduct and I wish they were honest with me, because money wasn't the problem. I hope they don't do this again to any other customer.
