Title: Horrible Customer Service / Reservation Not Kept

Company does not hold Reservation and did not care about Customer Service. I called Magic Touch Transportation & Tour Agency a week before the service was needed and the Customer Service Rep seemed very helpful and nice. I had called to simply gather information. After given all the details and letting the company know I would be calling back to confirm a reservation, the representative assured me the phone call was recorded and I would be locked in at the prices given. I called back 2 days later and the Customer Service Rep confirmed my reservation, took down all my info, including credit card number. The night of the event came and I waited 30 minutes past the expected pick up time. I then called back the company, and they said that they had no record of my reservation. After giving them my details again, he said it did sound familiar and would look into it. He called back 20 minutes later and said the reservation was found but nothing could be done because there were no limos/cars available. The customer service rep did not seem to care at all that they had mixed up the reservation. Last minute accommodations had to be made without the help of this company. I would not recommend this company to anyone, they fail at keeping a reservation and did not even have a courtesy call to tell me that the service would no longer be provided. Stay away!
