Title: OVERCharged!!

Ride was from Altamonte Springs to the Hilton Bonnet Creek at Walt Disney World. Told the driver the destination and he said he knew how to get there. He typed in some info on his GPS guide and headed out. When we came close to the Walt Disney World area he turned off the GPS device and proceeded to drive around the Walt Disney World property as if he was lost. He would come to the crest of a hill and slow down and look around. The ride eventually cost me NINETY DOLLARS. I have since taken the EXACT same trip and the fare was $60. I again rode with the same driver to the Gaylord Palms in Kissimmee and he tried the same crap with the GPS and even tried to pass by the clearly marked exit to the hotel. I called him on that one! I want my $30 I was overcharged BACK!

I've used Mears Shuttle to and from the airport to downtown three times now and they have always been on time, and with one exception of a fast driver, have been safe and very helpful.

The driver was 45 minutes late to pick me up from the hotel to the airport. I called 5 different times and each time a customer service rep tells me that they will be there in 5-10 mintues. 5-10 minutes was 45 minutes later when the driver came. The driver was soaken wet, rushing and throwing my luggage around in the vehicle. I am NOT happy with this service and I will make sure that I DON'T refer this type of service to No One I know!!!

Title: Bad Service

I took Mears taxi from Disney to my house which was 23 miles away. Before we left Disney I told them where we were going and how far. It was me a female and my daughter who is 8 in the car. We got half way there and the driver started to tell me it was to dark and to far to go to my house and he wanted to dump me on the side of the road. I told him to take me at least as far as the publix and he agrued that it was to far. I said well I am not getting out til you take me at least there. So he concured I paid my fare with out a tip and he was upset by this. But I figure you don't provide me a full service you get no tip. I called dispatch and they said they would talk to the driver but they offered me no compensation and no follow up. I will never use them again.
