Title: Did Not Get The Services As Promised

My husband and I reserved a private town car to pick us up from the Orlando Airport and take us back after our cruise. On arival the driver met us as scheduled and we had a mini van and not a town car. The problem was on the return trip. Our PRIVATE CAR stopped at another ship and picked up another passenger and charged him less than what we were paying. The driver spent more time on her phone and driving over the speed limit.
