Title: Do Not Fill Out The Online Reservation Form

On Sunday October 2 I tried to fill out the online reservation form. Because i'm from Canada it did not recognize I had a postal code instead of a zip code. It bumped me out of the site after I input "00000" for a zip code. I emailed asking if the reservation had been confirmed. I did not hear from them until Wednesday the 5th (I arrive in Orlando on the 8th). The email said my confirmation was attached...there was no attachment. I emailed back saying they took too long to respond and I had hired another firm. Saw today they had put the charge through on my visa. Needless to say I will be disputing the charge. I also spoke to someone at their office in Orlando on Sunday and the only thing he said to me (in broken english) was go online. I have not had a response back from my email either.
