Title: Shuttle No Show

I stayed with my 2 young daughters at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Orlando on International Dr. on Saturday, 1/7/12. We took the 8:35 am shuttle to Universal with no problem. We were told the shuttle would be back at 5:30 then again at 7:15 to pick us up in the same spot (spaces 20-22). We left the park early to wait for the 5:30 shuttle. (We were there by 5:15) Different vans and buses came and went from those spots but none were marked from Best CM Transportation. By 6:00 I called our hotel who put us through to your company. I spoke with Lorna (or Loina?) who was extremely rude and condescending insisting that a shuttle had been there and that we must not have been there on time. Unless someone came to get us in an unmarked vehicle, or one with a different company name, NO ONE CAME. I was told they were sending someone else out but after another half hour of waiting, I felt it was unsafe to continue to wait alone with my 2 girls for an unreliable ride. I was forced to get a taxi to take us back to our hotel. My intentions with taking a shuttle was so that I would not have to worry about 3 females alone in a parking lot, and saving on the cost of parking. However, my safety and that of my girls did not seem to matter to Loina or your company. Not to mention we cut short our visit to the park so we can take the shuttle. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint so that no one is ever again stranded at any of the parks due to anyone else's carelessness and thoughtlessness. Very irresponsible and disrespectful to hotel guests. Especially Loina.
