Title: Taxi Booking

Type of Charter: Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Intl Airport (ATL)
We booked a taxi from Atlanta Royal to take two of us from midtown Atlanta to the airport( Atlanta) with well over 12 hours notice and then reminded them of the booking on the day of the required service. We provided the address and time but the taxi did not appear and on ringing to check the lady said that they could not understand why the taxi had not appeared but would send another one in ten minutes. This second taxi had not appeared 30 minutes after the original booking time so we gave up and used a friend's car. We would certainly not recommend this company. Totally unreliable
