Title: Lousy Customer Service

When we reached my destination we realized I had the wrong luggage. The driver acted as though it wasn't his problem and refused to take me back to the airport to try to rectify the problem. It took about 2 hours to get another shuttle to pick me up and then the driver said he wouldn't take me back to the hotel after I retrieved the correct bag. It then took another 30-40 minutes to convince the company that they should return us to the hotel. We had round trip tickets and on the day we were to be picked up to go to the airport the driver was late; luckily we had decided to get to the airport earlier than needed. The drivers were rude and the customer service was even worse. I think the next time I fly into O'Hare I'll take the public transportation system.
