Title: Go Express Left My Daughter At Airport

Go Express Travel which is also known as Bloomington Shuttle left my daughter at the airport even though she had a reservation for the 6:40 shuttle which was already paid for and which we confirmed hours before the shuttle was going to leave. When she showed up, the driver just asked her "Where are you going to sit....we are full". We ended up paying a airport transportation service $140 to take her to Bloomington because she was so upset and we didn't want her hanging around the airport for the next shuttle, 2 hours later. When we called, we basically were told that we had to wait until Monday to talk to the manager, Jill Webb.
