Title: Driver Didn't Show

Driver never showed to pick up my wife on a Sun night at 11:05pm. Tried calling two different numbers repeatedly but go no answer. I traveled here two days earlier and my employer set up a reservation for Kings Shuttle. So when we decided my wife would follow me two days later, I just made a reservation with them also. So, I actually got a ride from these clowns on Friday night. Van was late and not parked at the spot for "shared vans". I called and also got no answer. Driver called me back a few minutes later and directed me to where he was parked. I get in the mini van and it is a total bucket of rattling bolts. Driver says we'll leave in "just two minutes". 18 mins later and as driver is seen nearly the entire time on his cell phone, another passenger arrives and we are on the way. I would NEVER use this company again and would advise you to avoid them also. Their site makes it look like a larger and legitimate operation, but my sense is that they are really just two or three clowns with a nice website and a few pics of equipment they don't actually have in their "fleet".

Type of Charter: Bostan Logan Intl (BOS)
Contacted King Shuttle Service 3 times on days prior to scheduled pick-up to verify reservation. Everything was confirmed. Arrived at Boston Airport, and King Shuttle was not there for pick-up. Called King Shuttle and they stated they would have a driver at the Boston Airport in 30 minutes. After 1 1/2 hours of waiting, called a taxi instead.
