The Maryland Public Service Commission (PSC) regulates ground transportation companies within the state of Maryland. Taxi-Cabs are regulated by the PSC only in Baltimore, Baltimore County, Cumberland and Hagerstown.

The PSC website offers a configurator which provides a list of all permitted ground transportation companies that are under their jurisdiction. The configurator allows searches based on company name and by location. Query results include company name, dba names, permit number, address and company contact information.
