Title: I Always Use This Service

I have been using Elegant Coach for 4 years now and I have never been disappointed in the service. My sister uses Elegant Coach (she recommended him to me)for guests who come to visit her and her daughter used Elegant Coach to take her bridal party for pictures and then back to the hotel. Ed came dressed up in a tux and he was great. I have had both Ed and one time a lady to take me to and from the airport and they were both personable and accomodating and never late. I'm sorry one of the other reviewers had a bad experience, but I highly recommend Elegant Coach.

Title: Do Not Depend On Elegant Limousine

Type of Charter: Detroit Metropolitan Airport DTW
We reserved a pick up on Sept 11, 2010 for Sept. 21. We called for pick up and we were told he was running late. He would call back when closer to airport. Forty minutes later, he called and said I cannot pick you up. Go to (company name not displayed) and I will stop by tonight and give you $60 towards the ride. Of course, he did not stop by. Would never recommend this company.
