Title: Not The Best
Date of Service: 9/8/2011
Type of Charter: Kansas City International (MCI)
System to get the shuttle is too cumbersome. After already having a reservation, you have to log onto a computer and get a 'boarding pass'. Then you have to call. Then you have to go outside to wait even though it tells you to wait in the lobby. Older people had a lot of trouble with it. The drivers were apathetic at best. The SuperShuttle van did not have working seatbelts for everyone. The driver drove a bit recklessly.
