    Contacted King Shuttle Service 3 times on days prior to scheduled pick-up to verify reservation. Everything was confirmed. Arrived at Boston Airport, and King Shuttle was not there for pick-up. Called King Shuttle and they stated they would have a driver at the Boston Airport in 30 minutes. After 1 1/2 hours of waiting, called a taxi instead.
