On November 9, 2011 I purchased two round-trip tickets to the Cosmopolitan Hotel on the strip from McCarran airport. On November 12th, I made reservations for the return trip on Nov. 13 at 10:15 AM. We were not sure where to wait for the shuttle. There was a CLS driver parked at the hotel. He told us he was not the shuttle driver we were waiting for but told us to wait in front of the hotel entrance (and pointed to the spot). At about 10:25 AM, I called the CLS number on the token and was told that the shuttle driver had come and gone because we were not at the correct place to be picked up. The driver we talked to at the hotel had gone without passengers. We had to make other arrangements to get to the airport. I wrote to CLS on 11/15/2011 asking for a refund. No reply as of As of 1/5/2012.
