Title: Never Showed - So Kind of Hard to Review

Booked with ANLV because of all the positive online comments. Wow was I wrong. Booked ahead. Had to take our 76 year old aunt from the hotel to the condo. 40 minutes and 3 calls after they should have shown up - a driver for another company stopped and asked if we were okay. We were sitting outside the hotel where ANLV said we HAD to be at the APPOINTED TIME or we would be LEFT. It was hot. The people answering the phone at ANLV were rude. Told me they'd get there sometime in the next hour? And now they were an hour late already? If it weren't for ANOTHER COMPANYS DRIVERS we'd still be sitting there waiting. Yeah. Don't count on the reviews to guide your way. Trust me. Reviews can be fake. Still waiting on ANLV to call back. Will never use again and have made sure everyone here knows exactly who to call - and it ain't ANLV.
