DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They do not provide the service. It took 2 hours to get on a shuttle because they underestimated the number of people who actually bought tickets in advance (they should have known the number of people coming as we previously bought tickets.) So bad so that I had to take a taxi. Then when you try to call and request a refund you are unable to speak with anyone, you are forwarded to a voicemail box and your message will not be returned. Save time, money, and a headache. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY, they are unprofessional, unorganized, and have no clue what customer service is!
