Title: Reservation Completed But No Car Showed Up

I booked a reservation online, complete with confirmation number and charged credit. Called 30 minutes AFTER the car was supposed to show up, only to find "no car was available." LimoRes wouldn't have bothered to ever notify me no one was coming had I not called. Poor poor poor customer service.
