Title: The Worst Shuttle Experience in 50 Yrs of Travel

Type of Charter: John F Kennedy International Airport (JFK)
They were paid in advance to pick me and my mother up from JFK airport and drive us to her home. As they instructed, they were called from Ground Transportation Desk at 5:29 pm om 8/25/11 (documentation available). I was told by their dispatch they would arrive in 1 hour, then another half-hour, then another half-hour. By 8pm they had not arrived, 2-and-one-half hours after they were initially called. Their dispatcher promised a refund, ultimately I took a car service home. They did not refund the charge as promised. I tried to resolve the dispute with them. I phoned them over 15 minutes, including hold times, was transferred between 4 different people and then promised that a supervisor would call me back within 5 minutes. He never called.

Title: Terrible Experience

DON'T EVER USE THESE GUYS, THEY SUCK. They cancelled my prepaid reservation for an 0530 pick up at 0445. I was in absolute shock, first at being woken up by them at 0430 and secondly because I could not believe that what is SUPPOSEDLY a reputable company would have the audacity to cancel my prepaid reservation one hour before I was supposed to be picked up. They told me they reserve the right to cancel at any time - GREAT POLICY. I had to quickly order a cab and I arrived at the airport at the last minute, almost missing my flight. Needless to say they charged me for the trip. Sent them a complaint, took them 3 weeks to answer. Eventually they refunded the cost of the trip. They were not prepared to accept responsibility for cancelling a prepaid reservation and needless to say were not prepared to offer any type of compensation.

Title: To The Airport

Van picks me up on NY East side at 4 AM. The van goes up and down and across east & west side some time passing my residence an hour later. Great tour of Manhattan if you can keep your eyes open. 3 hours later I am at airport. WHEWW! I now use private service.
