Very unprofessional company. They give away your limo and then don't return your emails or phone calls. Days after I tried to figure out what happened to my reservation they finally responded saying they decided to give it to someone else! Avoid at all costs. Horrible customer service.

DISPUTED REVIEW:
Response from Matt Silver on 8/31/2011I started this company in 1988 and have never given any one's limo away. Our policy is to return emails within 3 hours and phone calls within 1 hour or less.
