Title: Rude Customer Service

I've used this shuttle service before, and they're overpriced but OK. Never bothered to compare with other vendors, but I will never use this company again. The OWNER was horribly rude to me when I called to request service. He had some miscommunication w/ my assistant who is new to the job, and ended up hanging up on her. I called and explained the questions he had concerning a gated complex entry. He and his crew had specifically been there before. Once it was established that he was clearly wrong, he said my assistant was not prepared to give him the correct information-- and as far as he was concerned I could "USE SOMEONE ELSE". I was shocked as he HUNG UP ON ME. What a terrible attitude. Rude, condescending, arrogant. I would RATHER WALK to the airport than call this company again. NEVER USE LO AIRPORTER!!!

Title: Unprofessional Behavior

Made reservation in advance to pick-up from the airport. Driver didn’t show up on time and asked me to wait while another passenger from other flight shows up. Who will wait 30 minutes after 8 hours flight? What's the point of making reservation if you have to wait 30 minutes on the airport. Driver didnt apologize and complained to his owner who was very rude and unprofessional.
