Many limo companies display and advertise their transportation rates
differently from one another. Many offer services based on a either
an Hourly or a Fixed (Flat) rate. In regards to airport transfer
service, most ground transportation companies offer a Fixed rate
and may require specific "Add-On" fees. These "Add-On" or
miscellaneous fees may include fuel surcharge, driver wait-time,
airport fees and a mandatory gratuity to the driver of 15 - 20%
of the total fare. As a result, when comparing airport rates among
different companies do not just rely on their published base rate.
In many cases the true rate may be substantially greater than their
advertised base rate.

If you visit their website, do they provide complete contact information regarding their

service mark logo is clicked on. When you enter the BBB ® site, a page will
display with the name of the transportation company and confirm their status with the
BBB ® organization.

| The Company's Website Displays Photographs of Many Different Types of Vehicles
on Their Fleet Page.

| Some ground transportation companies may advertise or display
stock photos or actual vehicle pictures on their website that they do not own or
have possession of. Ask the ground transportation company if they own and operate all the
vehicles that are displayed on their website fleet page?

| How Relevant are Testimonials which are Displayed on some Ground Transportation Websites?

| Many of these endorsements which were written by their
