Title: Not Luxury By Any Means

We rented a van to take us to and from a concert. The driver looked quite dumpy and was a pretty poor driver. We were tossed around quite a bit en route. Worst of all, the van reeked of cigarette smoke. All 12 of us stunk like cigarettes all night - terrible. Reservations and communication with them was very good - however, would not use again unless I was guaranteed a classier driver and vehicle.
