    Bus did not pass inspection at weigh station! The company obviously knew this - students left on roadside for 4 hours waiting for another bus - then a week later no return transportation showed to pick us up! Why are they still in business? My child has been instructed to NEVER board a bus with that name on the side!

  • Title: Poor Service, Rude Driver

    On a band trip, our driver turned on the heat running the temp up near 100. Our students were getting sick but the driver would not stop to switch to A/C. Then while our students returned from performing she yelled at our kids about going through her things. They could not have done that as they were all performing. Someone went through our personal belonging scattering them and breaking reeds. When asked our driver replied, "That's what you get for going through my things.". She yelled at us many times, got lost and would not stay with the other buses. She stopped the bus saying it was broken down and had us sitting in a dark parking lot for over 30 minutes and then magically put a new one on without getting her hands dirty. With 2 adults on the bus with teenagers neither one felt like we could go watch this driver. She refused to leave the bus running while the kids had to wait for performance time running the temperature back up to ridiculous levels. On the 3.5 hour drive home she stopped twice during the night without our other buses causing us to be 30 later arriving than the rest of our group. When we finally arrived she got mad and repeatedly blew the horn in the school neighborhood at 4:00 in the morning because she could not get the bus where she wanted to put it. In her anger she refused to park where we asked her to and parked in the middle of a busy street leaving teenagers to unload the luggage in a completely dangerous place while she screamed at us. This women should be fired AND the tour company should refund part of our payment.

  • Title: 3 Buses Broke Down To And From Daytona Florida

    Date of Service: 4/4/2011

    Type of Charter: Other TX Airport / Location

    Bus lost all lug nuts except one on one rim in Louisiana in route to Daytona with SFA cheer teams and Dance Teams. On the way back bus driver went an hour north the wrong way. Then storage compartment flew open throwing luggage and National Championship trophy from the bus. Then a third bus broke down causing team and broken trophy to crowd on to the other 2 buses. Then a third bus broke down with antifreeze & hose leak causing bus to overheat. Obviously J&J Buses are not meant to be on the highway. Not Happy Parents. Teams still not home yet still waiting on side of road.
