  • Title: Worst Taxi Service Ever

    Type of Charter: One-Way

    Do not use Yellow Cab. When they run late, and they will, they act like it's your fault and you should have known better. Tonight, St. Patrick's night, is a busy night for them, and I understand that, but if you know your cabs aren't picking people up within 30 to 40 minutes, don't tell people they are. Definitely don't get pissed off at your customers, the ones who pay your bills, when they call and ask where the cab is after an hour. Yellow Cab thinks they're the only company in town. There are others, and I suggest you find them. If I could have given less than one star, I would have.
