Title: Horrible Service
Date of Service: 4/12/2013
Type of Charter: Special Occasion
The bus was old and worn out. Tears on seats, and one TV didn't work. No legroom, and the bathroom stunk horribly. The driver was not friendly with guests and had personality of a rock. One hour after leaving pick up location, we switched drivers. Within moments of leaving gas station where we switched, it was clear the bus wasn't running right. Even to me, a female who knows little about cars! Yet, the driver radios nothing and he doesn't stop. He continues on even as bus ride gets worse and worse and bus is clearly not running right. We could smell diesel fumes horribly bad, and the engine was constantly shifting irregularly. The bus was lurching back and forth and finally sputtered to a stop along a deserted stretch of highway at 2 am. The driver or event coordinator announces nothing to guests simply leaving us on the bus wondering while he works on the bus. He eventually starts it back up, drives a mile, it does the same thing, he pulls over, etc. this continues over and over and we still have no idea what is going on. We finally stop at a closed gas station and are told we can sleep on the bus while we wait two hours for a new bus to transfer to. Two hours later, we at driving off. No new bus. The bus breaks down again. A mechanic shows up after we sat there for two hours. He claims to have fixed bus. But within a mile, it breaks own again, and we end up at same gas station we slept at. We were left there from 7 am until 1 pm. Told one story after another. We were told we were being sent a charter, then we weren't because a driver couldn't be located. I personally found a charter with a driver, and they DECLINED the bus choosing to leave passengers stranded. Their fix was to finally send cabs for us at 1 pm to ride 45 minutes to nearest town. Then to put everyone up in a dirty Super 8 hotel with awful online reviews and had a reputation for having bed bugs, and a promise of 15-passenger vans home the next morning. After 11 hours of new bus and shuttle promises, we were not sticking around to find out. We had a family member drive 4.5 hours to pick us up at our cost. This trip was supposed to be a fun weekend trip to New York; but turned into a nightmare and the reason I will never travel via charter bus again. This company's complete disregard for their customers comfort was evident in how long they left us sitting on the bus without a care for our discomfort. When a solution was provided, the declined it in the name of cost savings for themselves They were more concerned about the money they were losing on the trip than making things right for their customers I am horrified with how we were treated and the lack of customer service and state of their buses which clearly are not well maintained Avoid using this company!

Title: This is NOT a Good Company
Date of Service: 4/28/2012
Type of Charter: Special Occasion
This company uses very old buses, they are not in good condition, not cleaned, too cramped, on board movie system did not work, overhead reading lights did not work, exhaust fumes came into the bus cab; cab would not go up or down to help people get on or off the bus (group of seniors and that caused major problems); company knew about this problem and had a step in the luggage compartment but it was not used. DO NOT book this company as you will be over charged for old buses that may or may not get you on your trip in one piece.
